Ingredients For crab louis

  • 15 oz
    crabmeat
  • 4
    tomatoes, quartered
  • 4
    hard-boiled eggs, quartered
  • 4 c
    salad greens
  • LOUIS DRESSING:
  • 3/4 c
    chili sauce
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp
    instant onion
  • 1/2 tsp
    sugar
  • 1/4 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper, to taste

How To Make crab louis

    Dressing: Mix all ingredients. Cover and chill 30 minutes.

    Drain crabmeat. Chill.
  • 3
    Arrange crab, tomatoes, eggs on greens. Serve with dressing.
