I recieved this recipe from a good friend and great cook from Texarkana about 5 years ago. My family enjoy's this with our bar-b-ques in the summer. Especially my husbands rotisserie chicken, my canned green beans and my canned Christmas Pickles. I will add that recipe next. Enjoy this!

Ingredients For cornbread salad

  • 1
    9 x 9 pan of cornbread cooked and crumbled
  • 2 - 3
    tomatoes - chopped
  • 1
    purple onion - chopped
  • 1
    bell pepper/any color - chopped
  • 6 - 8
    bacon slices - cooked and crumbled
  • 1
    cup mayonaise
  • 2
    hard boiled eggs - chopped
  • dash
    garlic salt

How To Make cornbread salad

  • 1
    Mix all of the above ingredients, refrigerate for a couple of hours and enjoy!
