I recieved this recipe from a good friend and great cook from Texarkana about 5 years ago. My family enjoy's this with our bar-b-ques in the summer. Especially my husbands rotisserie chicken, my canned green beans and my canned Christmas Pickles. I will add that recipe next. Enjoy this!

Ingredients For cornbread salad

19 x 9 pan of cornbread cooked and crumbled

2 - 3tomatoes - chopped

1purple onion - chopped
-
1bell pepper/any color - chopped

6 - 8bacon slices - cooked and crumbled

1cup mayonaise
-
2hard boiled eggs - chopped

dashgarlic salt
How To Make cornbread salad

1Mix all of the above ingredients, refrigerate for a couple of hours and enjoy!
