This salad slaw is very good served with a grilled meal. I always order a corn slaw salad with ribs at a very popular Southern-style BBQ restaurant in Florida. So I tried to duplicate the recipe and this is very similar, and oh so good.

1/2 cdiced green pepper

1/4 cdaisy brand sour cream

How To Make corn slaw salad

1In a salad bowl, toss corn, carrots, green peppers, red peppers, cucumbers and onions.

2In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; pour over vegetables and mix well. Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
