Ingredients For corn salsa

  • 5 ears of fresh corn – quick boil and sliced from the cob
  • 1 vine ripe tomato - diced
  • ¼ red onion - chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic – chopped
  • 1 stalk of celery – chopped
  • ½ cup of fresh basil – chopped
  • 1 sweet pickle – chopped
  • ½ jalapeño – chopped with seeds
  • ½ bell pepper – chopped
  • dressing:
  • ¼ cup vinegar
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • ½ tsp. salt

How To Make corn salsa

  • 1
    Combine all of the above ingredients in a bowl. Combine the ingredients for the dressing and add to the salsa. Serve chilled.
