Ingredients For corn salad

  • 3 can
    mexican corn
  • 1
    purple onion chopped
  • 1 pkg
    grape tomatoes
  • 2 box
    feta cheese crumbles
  • 2 sm
    fresh limes squeezed over salad
  • 2 Tbsp
    italian seasoning
  • 2 stick
    celery chopped
  • 1 sm
    cucumber peeled and chopped
  • 1 can
    black or green olives, sliced

How To Make corn salad

  • 1
    open 3 cans of mexican corn, drain. cut grape tomatoes into small pcs, add purple onion, cucumber (chopped) celery , and feta cheese , mix drizzle some olive oil over corn salad, add italian seasoning, salt and pepper to taste, squeeze lime juice over salad , chill for 2 hrs before serving
