Ingredients For corn and black bean salad

2 cCorn, roasted on grill (4 ears) and cut off cob

1 lgRed Pepper, chopped

1/2 cgreen onions, sliced thin

1/2 cFresh Cilantro, chopped

1 canblack beans, rinsed and drained

1/4 cred wine vinegar

1 tspSugar

2 tspcanola oil

2 cloveGarlic, chopped

1/2 tspGround Cumin

1/2 tspchili powder

1/2 tspblack pepper
How To Make corn and black bean salad

1Combine corn, red pepper, onions, cilantro and beans in bowl.

2Combine vinegar and remaining ingredients in small bowl.

3Drizzle vinegar mixture over corn mixture and stir to mix.

4Cover and chill for 30 minutes.
