Ingredients For company crab meat salad

  • 4 c
    cooked fresh crabmeat or canned crabmeat picked over to remove cartiledge
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    paprika
  • french dressing to moisten
  • mayonnaise
  • pimento

How To Make company crab meat salad

    Mix first four ingredients. Chill.

    To serve, arrange on lettuce leaves and add dab of mayo and pimento to garnish.
