Ingredients For coleslaw

1 smcabbage, finely shredded

1/4 smred cabbage, finely shredded

1 mdcarrot, grated

1 smonion, small dice

1/4 craisins, optional

1 tsplemon juice

1/4 tspsugar

salt, to taste

2 Tbspmayonnaise (to 3t)

apple, diced, optional
How To Make coleslaw

1Combine cabbage, carrots, onion and raisins in a large bowl.

2Sprinkle sugar, salt and lemon juice into a small bowl.

3Add mayonnaise and mix until blended. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes; mix before serving.

4To add a little more fiesta chop an apple into fine pieces and add to the mixture.
