Ingredients For cole slaw

1 tsplouisiana hot sauce

1 Tbsplemon juice

2 Tbspsugar

1/2 tspblack pepper

2 bunchgreen onions, chopped

1 tspsalt

1/4 cbuttermilk

1onion, chopped

1head cabbage, cored and chopped fine

1cucumber, grated

1 cmayonnaise
How To Make cole slaw

1Chop cabbage and green onions in a large bowl. Add grated cucumber.

2In another bowl, add buttermilk, mayonnaise, salt, sugar, lemon juice, hot sauce and pepper. Whisk until it is creamy.

3Pour over cabbage mixture. Blend thoroughly and refrigerate until time to serve.
