Very easy. Refrigerate for at least 1 hr. before serving. My family always reguest this side dish.

Ingredients For cole slaw

  • 4 c
    cabbage, shredded
  • 3/4 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c
    finely chopped bellpepper
  • 2/3 c
    raisins
  • 1 Tbsp
    vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar (i use 3 pk. of sweetner)
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make cole slaw

    Put cabbage in large bowl with bellpepper and raisins
  • 2
    In small bowl put mayo,vinegar,sugar and seasoning stir and pour over cabbage. It will be a little dry but after you put in refrigerater for awhile it will be wet enough.
