Ingredients For cold slaw that keeps

3/4 cvinegar

1/2 csalad oil

1 1/2 csugar

1 tspsalt

1head cabbage, shredded

1green pepper, chopped

1onion, chopped

1carrot, shredded
How To Make cold slaw that keeps

1Mix the first four ingredients in pan and bring to boil for 1 minute. Pour over cabbage/veggie mix immediately.

2To save time, I will use prepared slaw mix from the store. This slaw keeps very well so is easy to make ahead of time for taking to pot luck, etc.
