I have tried many similiar recipies this one is just my favorite. It's also good with grilled chicken tossed in. To make completely vegetarian use oriental flavor noodles. I often double the topping. Best served right away, if I am going to make ahead I reserve teh crunch topping and add it in just before serving. Thanks for viewing.

Ingredients For chinese napa slaw
- CRUNCHY TOPPING
-
1 pkgramen noodle pkg (any flavor - i usually use chicken )
-
1/4 cbutter
-
1/2 ctoasted sesame seeds
-
1/2 calmonds (sliced or slivered)
- SALAD
-
1/2 mdnapa cabbage, chopped
-
1/2 mdbok choy chopped
-
8green onions sliced
- DRESSING
-
1/4 coil
-
1/4 crice wine vinegar
-
1 Tbspsoy sauce
-
1 Tbspsesame oil
-
1/8 cwhite sugar
How To Make chinese napa slaw

1Crush noodles, place them in a medium skillet and brown in butter over medium heat.

2Add almonds and sesame seeds. Stir often to prevent burning.

3Add seasoning mix from noodles and cool.

4In a large bowl place the chopped napa, bok choy and 6 of the onions.

5Add noodle mixture.

6Prepare the dressing by whisking together the vegetable oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil and sugar. Pour over salad, toss. Top with the remaining 2 sliced green onions. Enjoy!
