Ingredients For chinese coleslaw

  • 2 1/4 c
    thinly sliced savoy cabbage
  • 1/4 c
    shredded carrot
  • 2
    thinly sliced green onion
  • 1/4 c
    seasoned rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp
    sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    water
  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1 tsp
    dark sasame oil
  • 1 clove
    garlic, minced

How To Make chinese coleslaw

  • 1
    Combine cabbage and next 2 ingredients in a bowl. Combine vinegar, and next 5 ingredients in a bowl, stir well. Pour over cabbage mixture , toss well. Makes about 2 servings.
