Ingredients For chinese broccoli slaw

  • 1 pkg
    chicken flavor ramen noodles
  • 1/3 c
    balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 1/4 c
    vegetable oil
  • 8 oz
    broccoli slaw mix
  • 1/2 c
    almonds, sunflower seeds, or rice noodles (or all three, if you like crunchy)

How To Make chinese broccoli slaw

  • 1
    In a large bowl, combine the flavor package of soup (from the Ramen noodle package) with the oil, sugar and vinegar.

    Add the broccoli slaw.

    Crush up the Ramen noodles & mix in.
  • 4
    Mix all well and top with the almonds and/or sunflower seeds and/or rice noodles.

    Cover and refrigerate at least 15 minutes.
