Ingredients For chilled vegetable salad

  • 2 lg
    green peppers, diced
  • 1 bunch
    green onions
  • 4 oz
    pimento
  • 3 stalk
    celery, sliced
  • 16 oz
    peas, frozen petit
  • 16 oz
    corn, frozen petit
  • 14 oz
    can of french string beans
  • DRESSING
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    grapeseed oil, (vegetable oil)
  • 3/4 c
    vinegar

How To Make chilled vegetable salad

    Add vegetables to a large bowl.

    In a medium saucepan add sugar, apple cider vinegar, and oil. Bring to a boil and stir until sugar is dissolved. Allow to cool.

    Pour dressing over vegetables and chill for at least 8 hours.
