2 canchickpeas-rinsed and drained

2 mdcucumbers sliced - quartered or halved

1 ptcherry tomatoes-halved

2 canblack olives-drained and sliced

1 ptmediterranean feta

1/2 smred onion- mini diced
- DRESSING: LEMON JUICE, MINCED GARLIC,OLIVE OIL, SALT PEPPER

6 Tbspolive oil

6 Tbsplemon juice

3 clovegarlic-pressed or diced
How To Make chickpea salad w/ cucumber tomatoes and feta

1Combined all ingredients in large resealable bowl. Add dressing ingredients in a small glass jar. I use an empty ranch dressing jar and shake and pour and toss until salad is coated nicely. Chill 2 hours before serving.
