This is really tasty and a nice way to combine chick peas and rice in one dish. You can serve this over a bed of greens as well.

1-15 oz. canchick peas

1 smleek, chopped thin, cleaned (disgard green part)

2 clovegarlic, roasted and minced

1/4-1/2 cchopped parsley

1/4-1/2 tspred pepper flakes

2 tspcumin, ground

2 tspcoriander

3 Tbspfresh lemon juice

1 Tbspgrapeseed oil

salt and pepper to taste

2 Tbsptoated sesame seeds

additional options: chopped cucumber, tomato or tahini sauce.
How To Make chick pea and rice salad

1Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl until evenly combined.
