Ingredients For chesapeake crab salad

  • 1 lb
    fresh lump crabmeat, drained
  • 1/2 c
    celery, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped green pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh chopped parsley
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    seasoned pepper
  • dash of garlic salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 4
    drops tabasco sauce
  • lettuce leaves

How To Make chesapeake crab salad

  • 1
    Combine all ingredients except lettuce, stir to mix. Cover and chill 1-2 hours. Serve on lettuce leaves. Makes 4 servings.
