This salad keeps well. Everyone I've served it to raves about it. I have never seen this recipe posted anywhere before and I have been making it for 35 years. It was given to em by a dear friend who got it from her niece in Texas. Thank you Mary Sue Bennett.

Ingredients For cauliflower salad

4 ccauliflower, sliced

1 cripe olives, sliced or chopped

2/3 cchopped bell pepper

1/2 cchopped onion

1/2 cchopped pimento
- DRESSING

1/2 csalad oil

1/2 tspblack pepper
-
3 Tbsplemon juice
-
3 Tbspwhite vinegar

2 tspsalt
-
1/2 tspsugar
How To Make cauliflower salad

1Shake salad dressing ingredients in a tightly covered jar until well blended. Pour over salad ingredients. Toss until well coated. Refrigerate at least 6 hours before serving.
