Ingredients For cauliflower salad
- SALAD

1 mdcauliflower head, finely chopped

1 mdlettuce head, coarsely chopped

1 lbbacon, cooked and crumbled

1 mdyellow onion, chopped
- DRESSING

1/4 csugar
-
2 cmayonnaise

1/3 cfresh grated parmesan cheese
How To Make cauliflower salad

1Fry bacon, cool and crumble.

2In a large bowl assemble salad in layers: lettuce, onion, cauliflower and bacon.

3Mix sugar, mayonnaise and parmesan cheese in small bowl. Spread over top of salad.

4Refrigerate 1 hour, and toss salad right before serving.
