cauliflower broccoli salad

I'm not much on cauliflower, but for some reason I love it in this salad. Maybe because I cut the florets into tiny pieces, along with the other veggies. Feel free to add other veggies too like carrots, artichoke hearts, cucumber, etc.

Ingredients For cauliflower broccoli salad

  • 1 md
    head of cauliflower, cut into small florets
  • 1 sm
    head broccoli, cut into small florets
  • 1 sm
    can sliced black olives, drained
  • 1 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c
    shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 1/4 c
    real mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg
    dry ranch dressing mix
  • 3 Tbsp
    bacon bits
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper

How To Make cauliflower broccoli salad

    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.

    Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight before serving.
