Ingredients For carrot salad

  • 1 lb
    carrots peeled and shredded
  • 2/3 c
    mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp
    honey
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 c
    pineapple tidbits (preferably fresh)
  • 1 c
    raisins
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make carrot salad

    In a large bowl whisk together mayonnaise, honey and lemon juice. Gently stir in carrots, pineapple and raisins. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
