Ingredients For carrot-raisin salad

  • 2 1/2 c
    shredded carrot (about 3 large carrots)
  • 1/2 c
    celery, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    raisins
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise (light is ok)
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice

How To Make carrot-raisin salad

  • 1
    Mix carrots, celery and raisins together in medium bowl.

    In another bowl, mix mayonnaise and lemon juice.
  • 3
    Pour dressing over carrot mixture and stir together gently.

    Cover and chill until ready to serve
