3tomatoes, beef steak

1 lbmozzarella cheese, buffalo

1 pkgbasil, fresh

balsamic vinegar

olive oil, extra virgin
How To Make caprese salad

1Slice Mozarella into thick slices.

2Slice Tomatoes into thick slices

3Wash and seperate Basil from stems.

4When Plating, FIRST, Drizzle plate with olive oil, be generous. Next, the order is tomato, Mozzarella, Basil, place two rows in that order overlapping each other. When finished, drizzle side to side with basalmic glaze and ENJOY!
