While shopping at the grocery store the other day, I spotted an unusually small head of red cabbage. I threw it in the cart....not sure what I was going to do with it...... chop it and add it to a soup? Well today I started to make a seafood salad, and decided to add it and make a "slaw" instead.

Cook's notes: Depending on your brand of Cajun seasoning, you might want to add a little extra salt or heat. The one I used is on the bland side, so I added a dash of cayenne and an extra pinch of salt. Deliciously Dill is a seasoning blend I'm completely addicted to. I add it to potatoes, salads, fish, dips.......it is honestly the best dill blend I've ever tried. It's a combination of onion, dill, lemon peel, ginger, garlic, and chives. I order mine from Amazon.
