This is an old recipe from my Mom.You can freeze it in containers and use it when you want it I love this cole slaw!!

Ingredients For cabbage slaw

1 cvinegar

1 csugar
-
2 1/2 lbcabbage shredded

2/3 cgreen pepper..diced small
-
1/2 csweet red pepper..diced small (optional)

1/4 conion (diced small)

1 tspsalt
-
1 tspmustard seed
-
1 tspcelery seed
-
shredded carrots
How To Make cabbage slaw

1Heat vinegar,Add sugar & stir over low heat until sugar is dissolved..Cool

2Mix remaining ingredients;combine thoroughly. Combine with cooled vinegar-sugar mixture. Chill in refrigerator at least 1 hour,more if possible.(longer is better) May be stored in refrigerator several days OR Frozen in portion size amounts.
