Ingredients For buttermilk cookie salad

  • 2--- 3.5 oz
    instant vanilla pudding
  • 2--- 8 oz
    cool whip, thawed
  • 1 qt
    buttermilk
  • 1--- 20 oz
    pineapple, crushed
  • 1---- 8 oz
    mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 pkg
    chocolate striped shortbread cookies, crushed

How To Make buttermilk cookie salad

  • 1
    First mix the cool whip and pudding. This will be grainy. Slowly add in the buttermilk. Finish by adding in the pineapple and oranges.

    Now cover and chill for at least 2 hours or overnight. Right before serving sprinkle the cookie crumbs over top.
