2 cfresh brussel sprouts, roughly choppd n rinsed

1/8 cpurple onion, choppd

2 Tbspsunflower seeds

1/4 ccranberries, dried

1/8 cpoppy seed dressing...i used olde cape cod (u can use more if desired)

u can add cooked n crumbled bacon...optional

1ROUGHLY CHOP FRESH BRUSSEL SPROUTS N SLIGHTLY SEPERATE LEAVES...PUT IN COLANDER N GIVE A QUICK SHOWER THEN DRAIN...PUT INTO BOWL

2ADD PURPLE ONION, SUNFLOWER SEEDS, DRIED CRANBERRIES N POPPY SEED DRESSING...MIX ;) (ADD BACON ... OPTIONAL)

3REFRIGERATE FOR A FEW HOURS TO OVERNITE....LONGER THE BETTER ...ENJOY :)
