Ingredients For brussel sprout and zucchini slaw

16 ozbrussel sprouts

1 mdzucchini
-
1/2 cred onion
-
10 sliceprecooked bacon
-
1 mdgreen apple
-
1 csunflower seeds
- HONEY DIJON MUSTARD DILL DRESSING

3 Tbspmayonnaise
-
4 Tbsphoney dijon mustard by skinnygirl

1 smlime
-
1 tspsalt
-
1/2 tsppepper

2 pinchdried dill
How To Make brussel sprout and zucchini slaw

1In a medium bowl the mayonnaise and Honey Dijon Mustard.

2Squeeze the lime juice into the mayonnaise and Honey Dijon Mustard,

3Add the Dill, Salt and Pepper to the mixture, mix well. Set the dressing aside.

4Cut ends off Brussel Sprouts, then cut them in half. In a food processor using the grater blade, grate a few Brussel Sprouts at a time. Add grated Sprouts to a large bowl.

5Grate the Zucchini are dice it, and add to the Broussel Sprouts.

6Cook the bacon! Allow to cool!

7Peel the apple and dice it, and add to the Brussel Sprouts and Zucchini.

8Crumble the bacon and add to the Brussel Sprouts and Zucchini.

9Pour in the sunflower seeds, mix well.

10Add the dressing and toss the slaw! Chill 30 minutes!
