Ingredients For broccoli salad

2 lbbroccoli cut into small pieces

1 csunflower kernels

1 cpeanuts
-
1 craisins
-
1/4 cfinely chopped sweet onion

8-10 slicebacon cooked and crumbled
- DRESSING

1 cmayonaise
-
1/2 csugar
-
2 Tbspapple cider vinegar

1/2 tspdry mustard
How To Make broccoli salad

1Combine broccoli, raisins, and onions. In a small bowl mix mayo, sugar and vinegar. Pour over broccoli mixture and toss to coat. Refrigerate. Just before serving sprinkle with bacon, sunflower kernels and peanuts. Toss and serve. (Any nut can be substituted for peanuts. I like pecans also.)
