Ingredients For broccoli salad

2 bunchbroccoli florets

1onion finely chopped
-
200 gmild cheddar cheese chopped in 1/2 inch cubes

250 gham choped in 1/2 inch cubes
-
1 cmayonnaise, fat-free
-
100 mlsweetened condensed milk

cooked water to cover brocolli florets
How To Make broccoli salad

1In a mixing bowl, pour cooked water over broccoli until covered and let stand for 10 minutes. Transfer to colander and rince under cold water for a few minutes. Let stand to drain. In a mixing bowl, combine the Ham, Cheese and Onion and add the florets. Mix the Mayonaise and condensed milk together and ad to salad 5 minutes before serving. Toss to coat. Arrange on salad bowl and serve.
