This is a recipe that I got from a lady at a Tole Painting workshop. I love this salad because the dressing isn't sweet and it's easy to prepare.

Ingredients For broccoli salad

3bunches of broccoli; cut in bite size pieces (don't use the stems)

1 craisins

2 csharp cheddar cheese; shredded or cubed

1/2 cred onion; minced

1 pkgreal bacon pieces (hickory flavor)

16 ozbottle paul newman'sranch dressing

1/2 csunflower seeds
How To Make broccoli salad

1Note: I do not do this, but you can blanch the broccoli beforehand if you prefer. I also usually eyeball the ingredients, so use as much or as little as you want of each ingredient.

2To prepare: blend all ingredients together in bowl. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
