Ingredients For broccoli-ramen salad

1 (16 oz) pkgbroccoli slaw mix

1 cshredded carrots (optional)

1 (3 oz) pkgramen noodles

6green onions, chopped white and green parts

1/2 csunflower seeds
-
1/4 calmonds, slivered or chopped

1/4 ccraisins or golden raisins (optional)

2 Tbspcanola oil or olive oil
-
2 Tbspsesame oil
-
2 Tbspsugar (or 2 packets equal/ stevia)

1/4 ccider vinegar
-
1 Tbspsoy sauce
How To Make broccoli-ramen salad

1Break ramen noodles, discard packet of seasoning. Mix slaw, noodles, green onions, carrots, almonds and seeds in large bowl. Add raisins, if using.

2Mix the dressing ingredients together in a small bowl and pour over slaw mixture.

3Stir together well, cover and refrigerate over night or at least 8 hours.

4NOTE: Some versions of this recipe use the seasoning packet from the ramen. I prefer not to and adjust the seasoning accordingly by adding the soy sauce.
