In anticipation of spring and summer, I am going through some of my recipes and this is such a good salad for spring and/or summer!

Ingredients For broccoli/cauliflower salad

1head of cauliflower, broken into pieces

1 bunchbroccoli, cut up into small pieces

1 boxfrozen peas, thawed but not cooked

1onion, minced
-
1 csour cream
-
2 cmayonnaise
-
3/4 tspgarlic salt

5 Tbspsugar
How To Make broccoli/cauliflower salad

1Mix the cauliflower, broccoli, peas and onions together.

2Sauce: Mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic salt and sugar well and toss with vegetables. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours! DELISH!
