This is great for picnics! Another winning recipe I aquired from my Aunt Diane who got it from an unknown cookbook.

Ingredients For broccoli & cauliflower salad

1head broccoli (cut into small bite size pieces)

1head cauliflower (cut into small bite size pieces)

1 lbbacon (fried and crumbled)

2 ccheddar cheese (shredded)
- DRESSING:

1/2 csugar
-
1 cmayonnaise

2 Tbspvinegar
How To Make broccoli & cauliflower salad

1This recipe can be served in the Bean Pot or Covered Casserole (my preference). Put the Bean Pot in the freezer while you are preparing the recipe to "seal" in the cold.

2Cream above dressing ingredients and pour over the top of the mixture. Blend well.

3Put the salad into Bean Pot/Casserole Dish and let sit in the refrigerator ahead of time. (Even better if it sits in fridge overnight)
