You will have to make sure you have enough dressing for the amount of vegetables you use. I use about 2 cups of each vegetable for this amount of dressing.

Ingredients For broccoli cauliflower salad

  • 2 c
    broccoli, floweretts
  • 2 c
    cauliflower, floweretts
  • 6 slice
    bacon
  • 1/2 c
    red onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c
    sunflower seeds
  • 1 c
    mayonaise
  • 1/3 c
    sugar
  • 3 Tbsp
    red wine vinegar
  • salt & pepper to taste

How To Make broccoli cauliflower salad

  • 1
    Mix mayo, sugar and vinegar together. Store in a sealed container and allow to set several hours or overnight to allow the sugar to dissolved completely.

    Fry bacon until crispy. I find it much easier to cut my bacon before I fry it.

    Toss all the vegetables with the dressing. Sprinkle with the bacon and sunflower seeds shortly before serving.
