1 smred bell pepper, chopped

3/4 csugar

1/2 ccider vinegar

1/4 ccanola oil

1 Tbspwater
How To Make black bean and corn salad

1In large bowl, combine beans, corn, peppers and onions. Combine sugar, vinegar, oil and water. Stir or shake well dressing ingredients until sugar is dissolved. Pour over vegetables. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
