My friend Bev made up this recipe after having corn salad in a restaurant. It is SO yummy and SO easy!

Ingredients For bev's corn salad

1/4 capple cider vinegar

1/4 csugar

1 Tbsp(heaping) frozen oj concentrate

3/4 colive oi

1 tspyellow mustard
-
1 pkgfrozen corn, thawed

1red pepper chopped
-
3celery chopped
-
2scallions chopped
-
1cucumber chopped
How To Make bev's corn salad

1To make dressing heat vinegar, sugar and OJ to dissolve the sugar. Cool. Whisk in olive oil. Add mustard.

2Dress the salad and chill in refrigerator.
