Ingredients For basil-mint cucumber salad

  • 1 lg
    english cucumbers, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp
    rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
    splenda
  • 1 tsp
    kosher salt
  • 1 md
    lime zest
  • 1 tsp
    fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 lg
    garlic clove, grated
  • 1/2 sm
    hot chili pepper. chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh basil leaves,torn
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh mint, chopped
