Ingredients For balsamic green bean salad

2 lbfresh green beans, trimmed and cut into 1-1/2-in. pieces

1/4 colive oil

3 Tbsplemon juice

3 Tbspbalsamic vinegar

1/4 tspsalt

1/4 tspgarlic powder

1/4 tspground mustard
-
1/8 tsppepper
-
1 lgred onion, chopped
-
4 ccherry tomatoes, halved
-
1 c(4 oz.) crumbled feta cheese
How To Make balsamic green bean salad

1Place the beans in a Dutch oven and cover with waterr. Bring to a boil. Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain and immediately place in ice water. Drain and pat dry.

2In a small bowl, whisk the oil, lemon juice, vinegar, salt, garlic powder, mustard, and pepper. Drizzle over beans.

3Add the onion; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Just before serving, stir in tomatoes and cheese.
