Broccoli / Cauliflower salad is one of my favorites to take to any outing, or potluck. Always sure to bring home an empty bowl. This salad is great with most any veggies tossed in...take you pick.. Enjoy!

Ingredients For b/c vegetable salad

  • 2 c
    broccoli flourets, chopped small
  • 2 c
    cauliflower. chopped small
  • 1/2 c
    red onion, diced
  • 1/2 c
    celery, diced fine
  • 1/4 pkg
    shredded carrots(or more if desired)
  • 1 c
    bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 c
    shredded, cheddar cheese ( optional )
  • 1/2 - 3/4 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1/4 - 1/2 c
    sugar
  • salt and pepper , to taste
  • fresh
    parmesan

How To Make b/c vegetable salad

  • 1
    Toss together vegetables. Make the dressing. Mix the vegetables, bacon, and dressing together; sprinkle with fresh Parmesan. I like to let the salad sit for a good hour or overnight before serving.
