This is very much like my chicken or tuna salad. The cumin is one of the things that make each special. Make sure to really make the boiled eggs small. Smoosh to our hearts content. Thanks for looking at my recipe and enjoy!!

Ingredients For avocado salad

  • 2 lg
    avocados
  • 2 c
    great value shredded cheese
  • 4 Tbsp
    salad olives
  • 2 md
    roma tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice concentrate
  • 2 lg
    boiled eggs
  • mayonnaise to taste
  • cumin
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder
  • tony chachere's cajun seasoning
  • salt and pepper

How To Make avocado salad

  • 1
    Cut avocado in half. Remove pit, cut the avocado down and across to create bite size pieces. Scoop out with spoon into bowl. Squeeze lemon juice onto avocado.

    Cut eggs into small pieces, then take fork and smash into smaller pieces. This really makes this recipe good according to my husband.

    Add all other ingredients and mix thoroughly. Serve on crackers or if you are my husband make a sandwich.
