This is a good salad to have with an Asian entree. I discovered this in a church cookbook. I like the salad the way it is but I also like putting in one teaspoon of soy sauce. Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How To Make asian wilted green salad

1In a large salad bowl, combine lettuce, spinach, celery, tomatoes, green pepper, radishes, and onion. In a saucepan, combine salad dressing mix, oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, and Chinese vegetables. Heat to boiling, [about 5 minutes] and pour over salad mixture. Toss gently to coat. Serve at once.
