I make this for Church dinners and things it serves alot.When I make it for my family at home I cut the recipe in half.

Ingredients For asian slaw

  • 2 pkg
    beef flavor ramen noodles
  • 2 pkg
    slaw mix ( 8 oz packages)
  • 1 c
    sliced almonds ( toasted)
  • 1 c
    sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds
  • 1 bunch
    green onions (chopped)
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1/3 c
    white vinegar
  • 3/4 c
    vegetable oil

How To Make asian slaw

  • 1
    REmove flavor packets from ramen noodles,set aside. Crush noodles & place in bottom of Large bowl.Top with slaw. Sprinkle chopped onions, almonds, & sunflower seeds.

    In a small mixing bowl whip together 2 flavor packets, sugar, Oil & Vinegar.

    Pour mixer over slaw mix.(Do Not stir) Chill 24 hours. Toss well before servering.
