Ingredients For asian coleslaw

16 ozpackage of coleslaw mix with carrots

4green onions, thinly sliced

3 ozpackageof chicken ramen noodles, broken up (save seasoning)

1/2 cslivered almonds, toasted

1/2 csunflower seeds
-
3 Tbspparsley, chopped
- DRESSING

1/2 ccanola oil
-
1/3 ccider vinegar
-
1 Tbspsugar
-
1/2 tspblack pepper
-
1 pkgnoodle seasoning
-
1 Tbspsoy sauce
-
1/2 tspseasame oil
-
1/2 tspgrated fresh ginger
How To Make asian coleslaw

1One hour before serving: Combine coleslaw mix, green onions, noodles, almonds, and sunflower seeds in a bowl. Cover and chill until serving time.

2Dressing: In a screw-top jar, combine oil, vinegar, sugar, pepper and seasoning package. Cover and shake. Chill until serving time.

3When ready to serve: Shake jar of dressing. Then pour over the slaw mixture. Toss to coat. Makes 12 side dish servings.
