one of my aunts gave me this recipe several years ago, and it's been a family favorite ever since! Note: prep time does not include sitting time!

Ingredients For asian coleslaw

  • 16 oz
    broccoli slaw
  • 4
    green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 pkg
    chicken flavored ramen noodles, broken up
  • 3/4 c
    slivered almonds, toasted
  • 3/4 c
    sunflower kernels
  • 1/2 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1/3 c
    vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper

How To Make asian coleslaw

  • 1
    Up to one hour before serving, combine slaw, green onions, ramen noodles, almonds and sunflower kernels in a salad bowl. Cover and chill
  • 2
    In a covered jar or bowl, cominle oil, vinegar, sugar, pepper and seasoning mix from Ramen noodles. Cover and shake, then chill.

    At serving time, shake dressing again, pour over salad and toss to coat.
