When it comes to ham salad this is top of the list for me....I love this version and ever since I tried some at a local Amish store I had to learn how to make it. It is a simple recipe and can be seasoned up if you want. I have altered a recipe I found in an Amish newspaper and my main addition is the horsey sauce, which I love.

My 16 yr old nephew Rhyan just loved his ham salad sammie today. I hope you enjoy it too.

I used my Grammie's Homemade Mayonnaise recipe for this and it paired well with the ham and swiss.
