I love three-bean salad, so the addition of the garbanzo beans should be good. I have also made this recipe diabetic friendly. There are so many good recipes that are diabetic friendly. You just have to find them.

Ingredients For 4 bean salad

  • 1 can
    garbanzo beans, canned, drained
  • 1 can
    kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can
    green beans
  • 1 can
    yellow wax beans
  • 1
    onion thinly sliced
  • 2
    scallions, chopped
  • 1 c
    cider vinegar
  • 1 c
    honey or 1 c. of splenda

How To Make 4 bean salad

    Drain and rinse all beans.

    Combine with onions and scallions.
  • 3
    Blend vinegar and honey thoroughly and pour over vegetables.
  • 4
    Refrigerate at least four hours.
