I love three-bean salad, so the addition of the garbanzo beans should be good. I have also made this recipe diabetic friendly. There are so many good recipes that are diabetic friendly. You just have to find them.

Ingredients For 4 bean salad

1 cangarbanzo beans, canned, drained

1 cankidney beans, rinsed and drained

1 cangreen beans
-
1 canyellow wax beans
-
1onion thinly sliced

2scallions, chopped
-
1 ccider vinegar
-
1 choney or 1 c. of splenda
How To Make 4 bean salad

1Drain and rinse all beans.

2Combine with onions and scallions.

3Blend vinegar and honey thoroughly and pour over vegetables.

4Refrigerate at least four hours.
