3 bean salad
I always have to triple this recipe. My Son and one of my Daughters can't get enough of it. Neither could I when I had teeth. It's truly a marvelous salad. Enjoy!

Ingredients For 3 bean salad

1 cangreen beans

1 cankidney beans

1 canyellow wax beans

1 jarpimentos

2green peppers
-
2sweet onions
- DRESSING

2 1/4 csugar

3/4 ccanola oil

1 1/2 capple cider vinegar

3/4 tsppepper
-
1 tspsalt
How To Make 3 bean salad

1Pour vegetables in collander, rinse well and leave in collander to drain well. Then put in serving container with lid for storage in refrigerator.

2Make dressing in a saucepan by mixing sugar, oil, vinegar, pepper and salt. Heat and stir on medium heat until sugar is dissolved.

3Pour warm dressing over all other ingredients which have been mixed thoroughly together. Mix well with warm sauce. Cover. I leave it to stand over night for flavors to meld and then refrigerate.
