Ingredients For velvet pear mold

1 pkg3 oz. pkg. lime jello (sugar free)

1 pkg3 oz. pkg. lemon jello (sugar free)

1 can29 oz. pears drained

1 1/2 cboiling water
-
1 pkg8 oz. cream cheese (any kind)

1 tsplemon juice
-
3 dashgreen food coloring
-
1 ccool whip (fat free/sugar free)
How To Make velvet pear mold

1In blender dissolve 1 pkg. lemon and 1 pkg. lime jello in 1 1/2 cups boiling water. A portion at a time.

2Blend gelatin with 29 oz. can pears. Then add cream cheese and 1 teasp. lemon juice and puree. Add 3 drops green food coloring and blend.

3Refrigerate mixture until slightly thickened about 1 hour. Fold in Cool Whip and pour into mold or casserole dish. Refrigerate 3 - 4 hours or best overnight.
